For Lois Talkovsky's memoir, Running Free, I selected a drawing of the family's boat, Scorpio. To complement the image's existing rounded top, I curved the title text. I chose the title and subtitle typeface to reference handwriting, particularly the square capitals that architects often use to complement their drawings.
